Justin Morris, CEO
With over 14 years of success working for finance, multimedia and technology firms, Justin has developed a unique insight into the obstacles facing media convergence today. During his media career, Justin produced and developed content for some of the largest companies in the industry including FOX, NBC, The Discovery Channel, SPIKE and E!. Seeking to broaden his horizons, Justin joined FTI Consulting where he helped facilitate deals and restructure over $40 billion of assets for various clients including GM, Lehman Brothers Creditors, the Government of Ireland, Vornado Realty Trust, SL Green, TD Bank and Citi. Prior to joining Synapps, Justin was heavily involved in the launch of many business and websites. He holds a degree in computer science from Brown University as well as a Master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from NYU.
Bradley Albert, CMO
Brad has been a marketing executive for over 10 years and has been in the Mobile App marketing space since its infancy. He was brought on to create a consumer facing brand for the Associated Press where he launched the award winning AP Mobile News Network across all platforms. Prior to joining SynApps he served as President of NameGame Branding where he developed strategies for some of the most successful brands in the market, from Puma to Proctor & Gamble. He also served as VP and Creative Director under the late, great, James Singer at NameBase. He brings his wealth of experience in brand development, app marketing and a deep network of industry definers to SynApps. Brad graduated from Brown University with a degree in Organizational & Behavioral Management.
Hugh Lang, CTO
Hugh Lang is an established technology lead and software developer with over 15 years of experience. He has worked with notable companies such as Apple, Digitas, and AOL and across most platforms and programming languages. In recent years, he has helped advertising agencies, Digitas and the CementBloc, advance their capabilities in the areas of iPhone/iPad development, Android, HTML5, cloud computing, and CRM. Currently, his focus is on innovation in mobile technologies, especially in the areas of online gaming, education, healthcare, and digital publishing. He has led the development and launch of over 10 iPad and iPhone apps. Hugh has a Bachelors degree in Rhetoric from the University of California at Berkeley.
